Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data SAGEO collects, why, who else processes it, and the choices you have. SAGEO is operated by Inream Ltd, a company incorporated in Israel (“we”, “us”), which is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@sageo.pro.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Request and account details: your work e-mail address, the website you ask about, anything you tell us about your company, and the budget range you pick.
- Messages: what you write in the chat or send us by e-mail, and replies to our e-mails.
- Billing: the plan, amounts, dates and payment status; from our payment provider we receive a card token, the card brand and its last four digits. We never receive or store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Sign-in and security: session identifiers, the time of sign-ins, IP address and browser user agent.
- Usage and analytics: pages viewed, actions on the site (for example, opening the form or a report), device and approximate location, collected with cookies and similar technologies — see section 5.
Information about companies
To build briefs and reports we read public web pages, app store listings, reviews and similar public sources, and we record what AI assistants and search engines answer about a company. This is mostly business information. It can include names and roles of people who appear publicly in connection with a company, such as founders quoted in an article.
2. How we use it, and on what basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Confirm that your e-mail belongs to the company's domain, sign you in, and show you only your company's data | Contract; legitimate interest in protecting company data |
| Build briefs and reports, run the plan you bought, answer your messages, send copies of chat messages by e-mail | Contract |
| Take payments, keep accounting and tax records | Contract; legal obligation |
| Understand how the site is used and improve it | Consent |
| Keep the Service secure and prevent abuse | Legitimate interest |
| Contact businesses about SAGEO (see section 6) | Legitimate interest |
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. AI processing
SAGEO works through AI models. To produce briefs and reports we send questions, public information about a company and, where relevant, what you told us about your company to AI providers and search-data providers. Chat messages you write may be processed by an AI model to prepare a reply; our staff can read the conversation too. We use these providers through their paid business APIs, whose terms, as of the date of this policy, do not allow them to use our API data to train their models.
Numbers in our reports are computed by our code from recorded answers, not produced by a model.
6. Business contacts and company profiles
We may contact people at companies about SAGEO by e-mail or professional networks, using business contact details that are publicly available or that the person shared in a professional context. Every such e-mail identifies us and lets you opt out; if you do, we stop contacting you and keep only what we need to respect that choice. If you would like us to correct or remove information about your company or about you, write to hello@sageo.pro and we will do so within 30 days.
7. How long we keep it
- Account, chats, briefs and reports: for as long as your account exists — you or your company may come back to them. We delete them when you ask us to.
- Unconfirmed requests: until you ask us to delete them.
- Payment and accounting records: 7 years, as required by Israeli tax law, even if you ask us to delete your other data.
- Sign-in sessions: until they expire or you sign out.
- Analytics: according to the retention set in each analytics tool.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below. We do so within 30 days.
8. International transfers
We are based in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection for personal data. Some of our providers process data in the United States and other countries. For hosting, e-mail, payments, AI models and search data, where data from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland goes to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the transfer terms (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) offered by the provider.
Yandex Metrica is operated by Yandex, and its data may be processed in Russia, which has no adequacy decision and where no such safeguards are available; local authorities could gain access to it. Telegram, which carries our internal alerts, does not offer such terms either. We use Yandex Metrica only if you accept analytics cookies, on the basis of that consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You can object to direct marketing at any time, with no reason needed. To use any of these rights, write to hello@sageo.pro from the address on your account; we answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
You can also complain to a data protection authority — in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority; in the EEA or UK, the authority where you live or work.
If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you have the rights to know, delete and correct described above.
10. Security
Connections to the site are encrypted. Sign-in links and session tokens are stored only as hashes; card data stays with our payment provider; access to production systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We will post any update on this page with a new effective date, and e-mail account holders about material changes before they take effect.
